Gail,This home just sold (on market only 26 days) on 3/16/2009 for $564,000 as a bank owned property.  As you can see, home sales are starting to pick up, and the good homes are going quickly.  This home was listed at $520,500, and sold for over $40,000 more.  We have been seeing a trend towards higher sales prices on homes lately.Please feel free to tell us your situation (what you're looking for), and we would be honored to assist in finding you the right home.
