Troy Nichols is the President of Nichols Realty, Inc (dba Shore Capital) and has helped hundreds of homeowners and investors buy, sell, or finance millions of dollars of real estate over the last 15 years. In 2006 Troy added the ability to service his client's financing needs by providing wholesale rates & terms, and in 2009 he started a short sale processing company to ensure the successful closing of his client's short sale escrows. After the market took its drastic turn in 2007 the Short Sale niche found Troy; since then, he and his team are proud to have a 95% short sale closing ratio where the industry standard is below 50%.
