    Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Severance, CO.
    Troy was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and honest. He helped me with things that are not typically a realtor's job (i.e. landscaping to get my old home sold, light bulbs, and helping me move!). I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

    Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Loveland, CO.
    Troy listed my house in Loveland and we had an offer within 2 weeks. Troy did a great job when it came to the selling process and making sure we met all the deadlines during the process.

    JUST SO YOU CAN GET TO KNOW ME:
    I grew up in the Ft. Collins/Loveland area. I moved here from Atlantic, Iowa (I know your thinking where in the world is Atlantic, Iowa) when I was six years old, and have lived in this great community ever since. I graduated from Poudre high school in 1988, and married my high school sweetheart soon after. My wife's name is Kim, and we have been married for over 20 years now. I attended Front Range Community College in Ft. Collins. I received my real estate degree from Northern Colorado Real Estate College in Loveland. I enjoy spending time in our breathtaking mountains whether it's hiking, skiing, or going on a peaceful motorcycle ride with my wife. I have two boys, my oldest son is attending the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, and my youngest son is attending Thompson Valley high school in Loveland. I have two cats named Shadow and Aspen. My dogs name is Bear, and she is a mix between a Husky and a Blue Healer (she is the cutest dog ever). My family and I have always loved living in northern Colorado, and I know you will too.
