My wife and I refinanced our 5-year ARM into a 15-year Fixed and Petros was incredible. He was unbelievably responsive and helpful. Every time I emailed him he would get back to me within the hour, if not 15 minutes or less. Our previous refinance, with one of the large national banks, was miserable as they never returned our calls and took forever moving anything along. It was like night and day working with Petros.
Also, he was incredibly knowledgeable of the whole refinancing process. Both my wife and I had full confidence in him and knew if we had a problem with anything Petros would know how to help us and guide us along.
Believe me, five stars isn't enough for him. They should have a secret six-star review for people like him who are absolutely amazing.…MoreLess

We refinanced our home in April, 2013 with Petros Christophilis. We experienced outstanding service, an incredibly smooth refinance process, and feel like we obtained our financing at the lowest cost possible. I have recommended him to friends.
I had researched refinancing options online, and had decided that a mortgage broker could be the most cost-efficient way to refinance. Research and comparison of costs, and reading reviews of mortgage brokers, prompted me to call Petros. I found him easy to talk with, and he responded in a timely way to questions. We most often corresponded via email, which I prefer, so I can look back at the information, and for ease of use (rather than playing phone tag,) but he also sometimes calls and is prompt to return calls.
Our refinance was finished in amazing time- within a month. We had previous refinancing experience with a national bank, and our experience with Petros and his team was the polar opposite of our national bank experience. He was always patient, answered questions, and made the information clear, so we knew what was happening. The numbers he gave us matched the documents we signed.
On a personal level I found Petros to be experienced at what he does and personable. The cost to refinance was extremely competitive, clearly communicated, and was done with within a month. I cannot imagine a refinance that could be any smoother.…MoreLess
