Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250k in Tucson, AZ.Summary:
I highly recommend Daniel Reichardt to anyone looking for an agent. After another agent was unable to sell our house in the down housing market, we gave Dan a chance after a friend suggested we call him. Dan was able to agressively market and bring in a buyer at a good price. He then worked with us to find our dream house (at a great price) which we are now in. Dan worked VERY hard to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for and I always felt he cared more about me and my family being happy than just finding any house. A friend jokingly said to me, when we closed on our new house, that we shouldn't expect any gifts from our realtor since the ecomony is down. When we met Dan at closing he handed us a significant gift card for Home Depot to complete some needed repairs on our new home before move in! I later told my friend he clearly had used the wrong realtor. Dan does far more than just place a sign in your yard and hope someone drives by - he earns his commission with his hard work, professional attitude and with results! If you are looking for a realtor to buy or sell a house you will not be disappointed with Dan Reichardt!!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200k in Tucson, AZ.Summary:
Dan has done everything that a person would expect regarding the sale of our home, as well as many things that were way beyond our expectations. He made recommendations and was directly involved on marketing, repairs, renters, our management company, appraisals, inspections, and also worked very closely with the bank. This was not an easy sale, but Dan's efforts really made the difference. I believe the house would not be sold today if it weren't for Dan's support!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $100k in Tucson, AZ.Summary:
Daniel Reichardt was highly recommended to me by a friend and I'm very happy I took my friend's advice. No longer living in Tucson, I was only able to fly in for a weekend, however, Dan had a number of properties lined up to show me. While none of those properties worked out Dan continued to search until he found exactly what I was looking for in an investment property. I'm often told buying a home for the first time can be a very stressful situation, however, that was definitely not the case for me. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely proficient.
Dan now manages that property for me as well as several others. When any problems arise he takes care of them immediately. He has a very good group of handymen, landscapers, etc. He also works very hard to insure that all my costs are kept to a minimum, including searching out deals online for appliances and other household goods. Dan has even personally gone to my properties to perform some maintenance issues because he felt the prices he was quoted from a contractor were not acceptable. I doubt any other property manager would elevate their client's interests so far above their own.
In the end, the reason I will continue working with Dan Reichardt in the future is because I have complete trust in him. I can tell that he truly cares about giving the best service possible to his clients.

Bought a home in 2010.Summary:
For almost two years Daniel Reichardt helped me to find the home that fit both my budget and family needs. During that time period, he was always courteous and very professional. He never pushed me to get one of the several homes we saw during the time period. He always gave me the right advice and defended my interests. I can say without any doubt that Dan Reichardt has been the best real estate agent that I have worked with.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200k in Tucson, AZ.Summary:
My wife and I ran into Dan Reichardt while doing some random house shopping, and he offered to help us look at some homes the following weekend. We found Dan to be personable, and his advice seemed trustworthy, rather than given in order to make a sale. I felt like he had my best interests in mind. He was patient as he showed homes to my wife and myself over two or three weekends. He pointed out the positives and the negatives about the homes we looked at, and our email questions were answered promptly. After we decided on a home, he made clear what we would have to do in a step by step fashion in order to close the deal. He helped smooth over a couple hiccups, and we now have a home we very much enjoy. I would without hesitation recommend Dan Reichardt for anyone home shopping in the Tucson area.

Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Unnamed Neighborhood, Tucson, AZ.Summary:
Dan helped me buy my first investment property, and his company is also managing it. They found tenants without a long delay who have good jobs and a good credit score. Dan is prompt with addressing any problems that come up, and I know the tenants are very pleased with the service they have received. He also has an aggressive advertising and marketing strategy, and this helps him to quickly fill vacancies. As a realtor or property manager, I highly recommend working with Dan Reichardt. I plan to do deals with him again in the future!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Tucson, AZ.Summary:
It was a wonderful experience to work with Dan as a team for house hunting. He worked hard, responded to my questions and concerns immediacy even during night time, and cared about my needs and preferences, but he is not pushy at all. He assisted me through every step of the process. He also gave me good advice when my first offer had no answer within 2 weeks, and quickly started to show us to new houses. He is an honest person equipped with lots of real estate knowledge and experience, I am sure you will not be disappointed if you work with him.
