Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $900k in Mar Vista, Los Angeles, CA.

Summary:

Tudor Martin was our agent for the purchase of our first house in 2003. he helped us with everything a new home buyer would need. To say the least we had very specific requirements and he found the house for us. Then 6 years later, Tudor found another house that we fell in love with. He was able to get our house sold and negotiate the purchase of the new house post real estate plunge. He worked tirelessly with multiple open houses and got the house sold at a price that enabled us to buy our current house. He is available any time and is truly an expert.
