Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Lincoln, NE.
Tyler made buying my first home a fun and enjoyable process, like it should be. He has a ton of knowledge even though he is a younger guy and if there is something he doesn't know he is willing to admit it but will also find the answer. The best part about tyler is that he really is on your side. I was ready to settle on a price and he talked me into counter offering one last time and I ended up getting a better deal because of him! Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Highlands, Lincoln, NE.
We were very impressed with Tyler Bundy he was very professional and always available if we had any questions or concerns. He has a great knowledge of the Lincoln Nebraska market. We had consulted with a few other agents before Tyler but they were unwilling to list our house at the price we thought was fair.
