Bought a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $150K in Edmonds, WA.
When I was looking for a realtor in Washington, I talked to a few and they were ok but, when I talked to Tyler and he told me he would be a great resource for all things local, I knew he would be the one I chose. Information is key! Due to circumstances out of my control I had to buy a home in Edmonds and move very quickly from Colorado. I bought my house in Edmonds sight unseen based solely on his expert real estate knowledge, timing and recommendations. He was communicative, supportive and very patient. I love my home! Buying a property when you are in a different state was not easy but, he made the transaction as smooth and easy and stress free as that kind of situation can be. I would highly recommend Tyler - great realtor and super nice guy.
Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $425K in Lynnwood, WA.
I used Tyler to purchase my home in the Lynnwood/Edmonds area about 2 months back. With the recent rise in housing demand, Tyler was able to guide us through the situation and made sure that we knew all the details of every house we were looking at. There were tons of homes that were overpriced and poorly maintained and Tyler was able to help us know the risks and rewards of every situation and helped us make the right decision on a home that we loved. Looking back, I can say with 100% confidence that we found the house that was perfect for us even with our giant laundry list of requirements and Tyler was very patient and helpful through the whole situation. When it came down to offer time, Tyler knew the best way to position ourself as one of the top candidates of bidders and we got the home on our first bid. This whole situation was not easy as we looked at over 50 homes and we can't thank Tyler enough for his patience, guidance, and execution of buying the home.
Tyler did a great job for us. He was very patient with us through the process of selling our house and land. We had a very unique home and land which required extra energy and when completed we were very pleased we had chosen Tyler to sell our home.
We worked closely with Tyler when selling our W. Seattle home and looking for a new home in the Normandy Park area. The sale of our home was smooth and extremely fast while Tyler worked hard for us at every step. From his attention to detail in listing and showing the property to his work in the negotiations and final sale, we knew we were in good hands.
Looking for a new home was very difficult as inventory was so low, but Tyler was persistent, resourceful, and professional - helping us uncover every option. Over a six month period, his experience in real-estate as well as construction helped us evaluate remodel and build potential on many properties. In the end, Tyler assisted us in the purchase of vacant land to build a new home and we could not be more excited.
I would not hesitate to recommend Tyler or use him again - it was a perfect experience.
Our transaction ended up being a Short Sale. What a pain! We are so thankful Tyler was there to help and support us. We couldn't have done it without him. Thank you, Tyler for getting us through 5 buyers and a difficult sale. Doug and Julie
Tyler is hands down the best choice. He helped us through the process of selling our home and finding us the perfect next step. Our home sold in a week and everything was squared away well ahead of schedule. We purchase a bank owned home for our next home which I so often hear is a nightmare. There were quite a few bumps along the way but with Tyler's knowledge and professional connections, we were able to smooth those bumps out very quickly. Despite all the set backs with the bank, we still managed to close on time and that is credited only to Tyler's diligence. We are very happy with service that Tyler provided us and have recommended him to all of our friends. I couldn't imagine there being a better agent out there.
I found Tyler very knowledgeable about Edmonds real estate, very patient with us dealing with new construction, and always available to answer questions both before we moved to Edmonds and after we moved. He made selling our old house in Seattle very easy. I would recommend him very highly.
Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $350K in Edmonds, WA.
Tyler was a delight to work with. We were looking for a professional, honest, and straightforward realtor... all of which Tyler embodies. As first time homebuyers, we had a lot to learn about real estate, and Tyler was a thorough and patient educator for us. Tyler always listened to our wishes carefully and showed us homes with our wish list and budget in mind.
When we found our current home, Tyler moved quickly and professionally to help us put together a great offer. We don't doubt that the house is ours because Tyler was so responsive and quick in putting together a great offer. He was a pleasure to work with and we recommend him with the utmost enthusiasm and confidence.
Tyler is an excellent real estate professional with in-depth local knowledge of the market and the flexibility and responsiveness you expect from a professional. We worked with him for 3-4 months as first time home buyers and we were taken care of every step of the way. He met us on numerous occasions at different times of the week to let us in to prospective houses we were interested in. If he wasn't available, a family member (also a real estate agent) was there with a big smile and advice for us to weigh the sometimes encumbering number of factors to consider when buying your first home. Even the selling agent we worked with was highly complimentary on how quick, decisive, kind and accurate he was during our housing purchase.
If you are a first time home buyer or looking to sell, Tyler's no nonsense and focused attitude towards your real estate needs is refreshing in a sometimes gimmicky and hokey market. I would highly recommend him to any of my close friends and family. Thank you Tyler!
His advice and knowlege of this unprecedented and difficult real estate market was as invaluable as his tireless and upbeat approach. He patiently answered endless e-mails, even while on holiday getaways, often doing the job of other agents and following up with in-person visits. As a go-to resource he really went beyond by reviewing documents regarding our new home in Arizona.
By the time the ink was finally dry he seemed more like a friend than a hired agent. Impressed by his integrity, I would absolutely reccommend him to anyone seeking a realtor.
