04/05/2013 - TPSReportsSold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Stadium Area, Nashville, TN.
Working with Tyler on selling our house and buying an condo was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and easy going. The entire process was smooth and we were able to sell and buy our new place in under a month. Tyler's skill in real estate was impressive and his contacts in the Nashville area made financing and preparing the house for showing a breeze. I will definitely be working with Tyler on the next property I buy.…More Less

Tyler is a true professional and provided knowledge, expertise and insight during our recent home search. We genuinely appreciated his timely response to our request and found Tyler to be an excellent communicator. I am pleased to report we recently closed on our new home and Tyler was instrumental in helping us navigate through the process simply and effectively. I strongly recommend Tyler as a professional real estate broker and found a new friend in the process.…More Less
Response from Tyler
We recently used Tyler as our realtor to purchase our first home, and we are so glad that we did. As first time home buyers, we were clueless about the process, and Tyler was extremely patient and helpful throughout the year it took to close on our first home. We ended up signing a contract on a new construction, and Tyler was present and helped us throughout the process. When the construction got rocky, Tyler advocated for us as first time buyers to ensure that we were happy in the end and helped facilitated communication at all points when necessary. He is kind, laid back, knowledgable, and truly cares about his clients. We will definitely use him again and will recommend him to all of our friends in Nashville.…More Less

Tyler is one of the co-founders of Revolution Real Estate. He was born and raised in Seattle, WA...hey this is where Zillow is from! Tyler moved to Nashville in 2001, started selling real estate and helped his wife get a record deal with RCA-Arista Nashville. Before completing his 3rd year of law school, he recognized an awesome opportunity to make a positive change in the real estate industry. That change was designed to save the homeowner thousands of dollars when selling a home. The company which he helped create is based around this simple idea: Revolution Real Estate waives its listing commission on the sale of a home when that client purchases a home and retains Revolution Real Estate as the buyers agent. Pretty cut and dry! Simple.
While selling homes for the previous 8 years and then supporting his family during 2 years of law school, it didn't take long for him to realize that he loved real estate and becoming a lawyer was not his true passion. Instead of becoming of another Rygmyr family attorney (not that there is anything wrong with that Adym & Jim), he wanted to create an innovative company that pushed the envelope and could save the client money. When dealing with Tyler you can expect to be around someone who is comfortable in their own skin. Rest assured he is not a huge fan of fluffing and clients have found comfort in his objective reasoning.
