Bought a home in 2013.
Recently relocated to Tennessee, not knowing much beyond the surface. We had several realtors show us homes in different areas for a long while. We then found Tyler and things began to fall into place. He understood what we were looking for, was very knowledgeable about different areas, and was extremely patient in helping us find it. He does not mind taking the time with you, he really just wants you to find the perfect house for YOU. Being new to Tennessee our search was probably more trying but again he is very patient! When we finally found our house, he was able to help us negotiate and close quickly, he really worked hard for us! We would use him again in a heartbeat!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Brentwood, TN.
Tyler is a miracle worker as he negotiated one of the most complex home buying processes I have ever experienced. My wife and I have used other realtors in the past until we were given Tyler's name from a friend. Needless to say, we will never use another realtor except for Tyler in any future real estate endeavour. Tyler is the consummate professional in handling all of the intricate details of the home buying and selling process. Beyond that, and the most important piece, is Tyler's personal compassion and commitment to his customer. Tyler's professional investment in us as a customer was beyond compare as he helped my wife and me (and our 2 kids) to find OUR home rather than simply buying a house. If you are looking to buy or sell your home, the first and best decision you can make is to call Tyler.

Tyler is wonderful and helped us through a very difficult process in closing our house. He keeps his cool in high intensity situations and helped us process information to make the best decisions for our family.

Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Stadium Area, Nashville, TN.
Working with Tyler on selling our house and buying an condo was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and easy going. The entire process was smooth and we were able to sell and buy our new place in under a month. Tyler's skill in real estate was impressive and his contacts in the Nashville area made financing and preparing the house for showing a breeze. I will definitely be working with Tyler on the next property I buy.

Bought a home in 2013.
We recently used Tyler as our realtor to purchase our first home, and we are so glad that we did. As first time home buyers, we were clueless about the process, and Tyler was extremely patient and helpful throughout the year it took to close on our first home. We ended up signing a contract on a new construction, and Tyler was present and helped us throughout the process. When the construction got rocky, Tyler advocated for us as first time buyers to ensure that we were happy in the end and helped facilitated communication at all points when necessary. He is kind, laid back, knowledgable, and truly cares about his clients. We will definitely use him again and will recommend him to all of our friends in Nashville.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $450K in Franklin, TN.
Tyler and Ryan are phonemal! They were so very patient with us as we look at many homes. They were also our prior landlord and were very flexible with us on timing moving out and moving in. They were generous to us in rent payment transitions from moving out and into our new home. We would certainly use them again.

I had previously worked with other Realtors and none of them seemed to understand what my husband and I were looking for. When we had our initial visit with Tyler, it's almost as if horns were going off in his head and he knew exactly where we were coming from. Thank you so much for your attention.

Showed home in 2012.
Tyler showed me homes over the course of three days during a house hunting trip from out of state. He was very responsive and gave me helpful feedback on both the areas and the homes we viewed. He conducted quick follow-up research on a couple of the homes to learn more about the lot and other relevant factors. I would recommend him to anyone looking to relocate to Nashville.
