Thank you so much for all your hard work in the purchasing and remodeling of our home. You helped make this dream of a beautiful home to raise our boys and invite many people in for the purpose of sharing God's love with them.

You really are awesome at what you do! God's hand of blessing and favor is obvious in your life. Thank you again for going many "extra miles!"

In the past 8 years I have used 5 realtors and they experience varied greatly. I had no idea where to set the bar when it came to expectations from a realtor. Choosing a realtor can be a bit of a gamble as they all seem perfect before you sign an agreement with them. HOWEVER, working with Tyler we hit the jackpot. Extremely professional and for the first time in my experience I finally got to work with someone that far exceeded my expectations. Every trip out he had the details on every house. In addition he was very good explaining where I was, what was around me (resources for my family) and how far my commute would be to work. Because he has an architecture degree and builds his own homes as well he is quick to estimate how much certain changes would be to the houses we viewed. I would recommend Tyler 10 times out of 10 for anyone looking for a realtor with true character and professionalism in the Austin area.

Thanks to Tyler, we recently closed on our new home in Dripping Springs. Tyler spent many Saturdays helping with our search. He knows the area, is professional and is easy to work with. He offered opinions and helpful suggestions to improve the properties. I highly recommend Tyler!

Tyler is an agent that goes beyond just doing his job. We purchased a home while living out of state and Tyler helped arrange and supervise home inspections, document delivery and prep. He also helped us to get to know the area, suggesting professionals to work with, nearby shopping areas, etc. Tyler also can be counted on after the sale. He has assisted us in following up on a home inspection item and suggested strategy for getting the original home builder to correct an issue we were having.

I just closed on my new house last weekend. I could not have asked for a better realtor! Tyler is extremely knowledgeable, meticulous, and caring--a veritable professional. I recommend him highly!
I'd been living in Austin less than a year when I set out to buy a house. I knew I wanted to live in South Austin, but wasn't very familiar with the vicinity. Tyler took the time to show me around different areas, and sent me relevant articles & information.
My house search took 6 months. During that time, Tyler got to know my "style", what I was looking for in my house. He asked many questions, and really listened to me (a rare quality these days!). Tyler was proactive about sending me listings he thought I'd like, and we set out to look at houses once a week, on Fridays. I learned a great deal on a number of topics during that time! Tyler's training in architecture and experience with construction (he also builds houses) are invaluable to a home-buyer!
One thing I appreciated about Tyler is that he'd always point out the flaws of a house-- whether it was the commercial space in the back, or the road noise--to help me with my processing. He pointed out many things I probably would not have noticed right away. Better yet, he'd come up with solutions whenever possible--he always seemed to have ideas on how to ameliorate the problem--very resourceful!
Tyler is a skillful negotiator and good with contracts too. I signed more than one contract before I found the right house. I'm a pretty detail-oriented person--I'm the type who reads all the documents at closing! Tyler patiently reviewed several different contracts with me and answered my myriads of questions. He followed up promptly when he didn't have the answer.
Most importantly, Tyler is a kind and generous person, easy-going and pleasant to be around. He always had a little something to offer--like a booklet on TX plants to help me get started on my backyard. He really went over and above when, as a housewarming gift, he offered to re-glaze my window at his own expense.
Tyler O'Brien is the guy you want to have by your side when making a big purchase decision like buying or selling a home!

Tyler guided me through, literally, every step of the buying process. I was a first time home buyer and quite nervous. He listened, gave me suggestions and helped me find my perfect first home! The bidding process was not nearly as stressful as it could have been. He has a great attention to detail and overall care of his clients. He's ALWAYS available when you need him. Seriously, I couldn't have asked for a better realtor! When sharing stories with friends about buying a house, it is clear that I had a much better experience with Tyler than most people do with other realtors.
I would, and have, recommended him to many of my friends and co-workers.
