Response from Tyler
After looking for a home in SF for close to 2 years, I was introduced to Tyler. I decided to breakup with my previous real estate agent because it was very clear to me you need an aggressive, attentive, and enthusiastic real estate agent in the SF market if really want a place.
I finally found a place that was perfect and Tyler made my dream a reality. First, Tyler checked out the home for me while I was at work and made a video so I could see it immediately. Then, She was able to show me the home before the official open house. I knew immediately I wanted it and Tyler made the process incredibly easy.
There were several offers on the condo and it turned into to a counteroffer scenario, but we came out on top. Tyler is a very savvy real-estate agent and did all of her research to make sure we were the final offer accepted.

Tyler worked hard to find the right match for me. She's very driven and knows her business. She had all the answers to my questions and the whole process was very painless. I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend her to anyone.

I could not have asked for a better experience working with Tyler for the better part of a year on my first real estate purchase. I feel lucky to be a beneficiary of her knowledge of the Marin County market and deep experience buying and selling real estate.
Tyler was extremely responsive and patient throughout the entire process which concluded with an incredibly successful outcome. I will definitely work with Tyler again and would recommend her to anyone looking to make the most of their next real estate transaction.

09/04/2012 - user953872Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $750K in San Anselmo, CA.
Tyler is charming, honest, bright, thorough and (in only the best way) tenacious. We worked together in early-mid 2012 to both choose the community that was right for me as well as to find the right specific home. I began the process with a relatively loose wish list - Tyler was able to distill that down into must-haves and nice-to-haves (as well as AVOID at all costs - If only I'd known her for my prior home purchase ;-)).
We agreed on community and then BOOM - Tyler found a property right away.....literally within minutes of it going onto the MLS after business hours. We were inside it that next afternoon, stood in the street on smartphones researching comps and wrote an offer that evening. We knew it would be a multiple offer situation so Tyler was sure to track the seller's agent (an out of town real estate development company) over the weekend to make sure he knew that I was serious, reliable and qualified buyer. Due to the fact that the seller had not occupied the property AND was an out of town entity, there were condiserations that Tyler helped me to be prepared for. In any case, our offer was accepted and Tyler even negotiated the majority of the costs of the foundation work (noted at home inspection) back to me from the seller.
Considering the unusual elements of this purchase, Tyler was amazing and calm and absolutely laser-focussed. I knew I was in the best hands for winning this really desireable property and Tyler proved me absolutely right. She is a winner, in every way.

Tyler was simply amazing! Put simply, she helped my wife and I find our dream home which was no easy task - trust me. Her tireless effort in helping us search and ultimately negotiating a fair deal was astonishing. As first time home buyers we had some trepidation around the process but things were very smooth as we navigated everything from open houses to closing procedures.
You will not regret making Tyler your go-to real estate advocate.

09/04/2012 - user962458Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $1.7M in Cow Hollow, San Francisco, CA.
Tyler was very quick to understand what we were looking for and helped us to focus in on our "must-haves" versus less important requirements on our wish list of a new home. She did a wonderful job in scouring all possible opportunities on the marketplace including showing us off-market properties and properties that would require some work.
We had been focusing on *move-in ready* properties but ended up buying a property that would need some restructuring and updating work since we were struggling to find exactly what we wanted in our price range. Tyler went on to help us source an architect and construction company.
Tyler made the process of purchasing our first home in San Francisco very seamless. She assisted us by recommending several mortgage providers to enhance our position in the competitive SF housing market (pre-approval letters). She handled all documentation in a very efficient matter and was very organized, keeping track of all dates for inpsections, escrow details etc. She attended all of the property inspections and gave her personal feedback to supplement that of the inspection company reports.

After 9 months of working with a different agent, losing bids, waiting forever for responses to emails and calls, I had all but given up on finding a home in San Francisco. A good friend who had just secured a place recommended me to Tyler. Within minutes she set up a time for us to meet up and started sending me interesting properties, some of which I had never seen during my hours of scouring MLS/Zillow/etc.
After I had found the perfect place, she really went to work, getting to know the listing agent and my lender and began to craft the best angle on which to approach the bid. Tyler's aggressive tactics and attention to detail got my bid on the table with a big gold star on the front. After winning the bid, she was there step-by-step to guide me through the inspections and contract ratification processes. She was never more than a text-message or email away.
I am fairly certain that if Tyler had not been my agent, I would still be without a home.
Tyler is aggressive, focused, enthusiastic, responsive, fun and hilarious. I would recommend her to anybody searching for a home in San Francisco.
