Is there anyone on here who is specialized in short sale or foreclosure?
You are buying a multi-unit located in NYC, or, are you located in NYC and buying in Oklahoma? This questions was posted in the Oklahoma forum, so I am just verifying. Duplicate postings of same address; how do you remove one?
Verify the "feed" for the listing you would like to remove and attempt to cancel the listing from the original feed. For example, our MLS, Century 21 AND web site syndicate to Zillow. I don't like 2 different posts for the same home, but I remove them from time-to-time. Then a team partner reminded me, it is better to have two opportunities to sell a home, versus one.Best of luck!

Why isn't my listing showing up by city or county? It only pulls up by zipcode.
If you just claimed the home today and added photos, I would suggest a 24 hour hold, to allow the site the opportunity to "catch up". Otherwise, verify the city, state and street address are acknowledged by Zillow. If the address is "undisclosed", it may not show-up by city or state.Best of luck!

On a new home, there typically will not be a Zestimate until they acquire more figures and/or sales data for the area and/or community.Best of luck!

My sister listed her lake house in Westport OK yesterday. Today, I can not find it! Why?
There are a lot of variables coming into play. Depending upon the "feed", it may have been removed and will be relisted under a Listing Agent, their brokerage, or under the syndication feed source.I have them depart from my listing page all the time, and reappear a few days later with the MLS feed or the brokerage feed. It takes approx a week for all the kinks to get ironed-out. Computers mess with the 'mojo' of a listing all the time! I am actually impressed you saw it within 24 hours of the listing agreement! With all the syndication and multiple MLS systems we use, it takes up to four days for them to appear on some sites.Give it a day and try to search by the address and/or city. If it is listed with a REALTOR(t), he/she should rectify the situation with Zillow. If not, you can contact their help line via email or the 800 number.Best of luck!

I listed my home as multifamily but it only shows up in searches as single family. WHY ?
All the others I briefly researched came-up as multi-family classification, but, they can be displayed with SFR's. If you attempt to edit the classification & chose multi-family it should be displaying properly. Make sure you are un-checking the SFR homes when you search for yours. how does house drop in value in 1 month 15%
If you are referencing the Zestimate, this is a guide to ESTIMATED values of your home, in a particular city, within a particular zip. Based upon activity in Norman, values have not dropped 15% in one month, on any home that is still standing & liveable!I tell Buyers the Zestimate and County Assessor's data is a guide only, and not what a market typically pays for a home as "for sale."Best of luck!
