Value of my home

Answer
If you are referencing the Zestimate, this is a Zillow feature and serves as a guide to values in the area, but is not considered the rule for appraisals or county tax data.Best of luck!

closing costs for a new home for 180,000 in oklahoma city

Answer
The number seems about average for this price point, when including prepaids of taxes and insurance. The biggest costs are loan fees, title insurance, prepaids and estimated taxes - unknown at time of completion on a new home. Depending upon loan fees, taxes and insurance, you may see some ESTIMATED costs around $1500 in title and filing alone. What you have disclosed above is relatively vague to give an unbiased answer to fees and costs to purchase. The good faith estimate (GFE) is provided by a Lender so you are not blind-sided, prior to closing.

How do I change status to sold in my zillow account. Only option is "For Sale" and "Pending".

Answer
On your My Listings Page, click the "CANCEL" icon for a listing. A pop-up will come-up to confirm this. One of the options is "SOLD". Then enter the sales date and sold price. After you confirm, it will remove the listing from your listings page.Best of luck!

How can a condo for sale just disappear in a day?

Answer
Google or Bing the complete property address. If it is for sale, it should come-up in the first few search results. Or, if you can find a way to access the Tulsa MLS, the condo could be found this way. Finally, call a Realtor or send a message, via Zillow, to one or more of Tulsa's prominent or trustworthy Realtors.Best of luck!

How do I find out what my house is worth?

Best Answer
You should be able to request a reasonbly anonymous market analysis from any metro Realtor, through his/her/their website. We provide them for free, all the time, through our website. Our site requires a valid email, but phone numbers are not required. Some other Realtors may do the same. Also, there are two web companies we subscribe to, who will allow you to get a market evaluation for free. If you search for them using the phrase you originally posted here, both companies will appear in your top five results!Best of luck!

WHY DOES ZILLOW KEEP LOWERING OUR ZESTIMATE?

Best Answer
I suggest Buyers to consider the Zestimate as something similar to the County's "market value." These are guides to gathering an idea of potential values in the area, and not the rule.True market numbers, as supplied by Appraisers and Realtors, tend to be the best gauge of a homes market value. Zillow calculations are different than what a bank uses to loan on a home & what a market will be willing to pay for a home. A market analysis from the MLS is what I use to obtain TRUE estimated range. If people used the zestimate to buy homes, most would be making a killing on the neglected homes and going broke on the updated ones.Best of luck!

You are listed with a house at 9613 SW 24th Terr., OKC 73128. Is this house still for sale?

Answer
This home is a short sale, or pre-foreclosure listing. Current MLS details shows it to be "off the market." It has been under contract once. There are too many variables "in play" to say why a short sale hasn't sold. Details from Realist state it will be going to auction, but this data is rarely up-to-speed w/actual court proceedings. This home is "trackable" via the MLS system. If you would like our team to track it for you, please contact us via our profile. Please note, this is not our listing.Best of luck!

Releasing from realtor

Answer
Release from the listing agreement, or from Zillow? Your listing agreement states what can be, or can not be, done to release the listing. If it is not clearly stated, then you should request a release and take each step as it comes to you. Some REALTORS will release with no questions. Others require some compensation for time and marketing, and still some, will not release you until the term of the agreement has been met.FSBO listings typically sell less than 2% of the time. If you want to go FSBO because you have obtained your own Buyer and are trying to avoid compensating the REALTOR, there may be legal issues on the horizon.Best of luck!
