Closed refinance loan.
Started refinance process April 8, 2013. Electronically sent personal documents within 2-3 days and locked in shortly after. Appraisal process extremely smooth. There were no bumps in this refinance at all. Closed about 2 weeks after appraisal finalized. Closed 5/7. They were very professional, but I had no questions as this was refinance #3 or so. I refinanced my 30 year fixed mortgage on my Chicago condo with United last summer. It was a fast and seamless process. I liked the electronic signature feature on the loan application - click instead of initialize. The whole process took about a month. Mike Dulla provides fantastic service.
