Marco was great to work with and a true professional. He was well versed in what was happening with the market at that time, he gave us a lot of time and options to look at. He made sure we had a thorough understanding of our financing options and put us in touch with a couple of professionals we could work with to find a budget and loan that works for us. Sold a Condo home in 2009 in Moss Bay, Kirkland, WA.Summary:
Marco is definitely the urban expert for Seattle. He helped my wife and I sell and buy a condo and both experiences were easy and fun!
He’s was very good at listening to our needs and really digging in to understand what they meant (I’m not sure we were always clear in knowing what we wanted). After nailing down our key criteria, he did a fantastic job of laying out options and explaining his process. I’m sure all of that saved us a ton of time and stress – the communication was great and his follow up was fast.
We’ve had the opportunity to work with a few other agents in Seattle, and I don’t think any other has the strong consultative approach that Marco does. He really understood the vibe for different neighborhoods around Seattle, which was, of course, great for helping us lock in on where we wanted to live. But it also showed in the way he positioned the condo we sold – so it fit that neighborhood well.
I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else!…More Less
