Bought a Condo home in 2009 in Sugar House, Salt Lake City, UT.
Scott is truly amazing! This was my second buying experience and I could not have asked for a better agent. He went above and beyond duty multiple times due to complications caused by other parties involved. He actually saved my house and the deal from falling through. I love my place, it is a perfect fit for me and I got a killer deal. He is direct, honest, personable, punctual, and responsive. Frankly, you may be crazy if you don't hire him!

Bought a Single Family home in 2008 in Murray, UT.
Scott walked us through our first home buying experience. He was patient and very attentive to our specific interests. We are so happy with our home we may never move but if we do, it is nice to know we already have our agent.

I've had the privilege of knowing Scott since 1992 and first worked with him professionally in 2005.
Scott is extremely knowledgeable about real estate and has a great
aesthetic eye. I have called on Scott's guidance on multiple projects and properties throughout the years. His advice and candor have always been appreciated.
Scott is one of those rare real estate professionals who doesn't "blow
smoke" to close a sale; he's honest, thoughtful, and realistic about
the process. Scott understands the many hurdles and pitfalls
associated with real estate. He has (more than once) carefully and tactfully steered me away from making bad investment choices; and helped me understand the preparatory steps toward better investments. Any one whom I have referred to Scott has become a lifelong client, which speaks for itself.
I highly recommend Scott for outstanding real estate advice and
unbelievable customer service. He truly is a delightful person to
know.

Bought a home in 2011.
I liked Scott the moment I meet him. He is personable, friendly and professional. He is the first “Real Person “in the real estate market I have ever had to deal with. I did not see immediate $$ signs in his eyes. He was there to assist me in finding the home that best fit my needs. I never got a home listing from him that did not fit within my budget nor have homes that did not fit my desired features. He is there 24/7 for you as I always got very timely return contacts from him. I had some last minute issues that paniced me but he calmly took responsibility and followed through and resolved all the issues. And now I am a happy home owner. He is there after the sale as well, as I have had out of the ordinary requests for assistance and he was there to help. I would recommend anyone to utilize Scott when searching for a new home.

Sold a home in 2008.
Having worked with Scott on several transactions (one sale, two purchases) I can say that everything went seamlessly. I will definitely use him again.
