Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $275K in Manassas Park, VA.
I strongly agree with Croceja's comments about Ritu. I had exact same experience with her as a realtor and fulfilled my needs. I was extremely satisfied.
I purchased a house in NOVA in the winter of 2008 and sold it in 2012. She went above and beyond to make this process as easiest as possible. She is highly recommended and I, as a client, is recommending anybody who is interested in buying houses in NOVA should use her!

Our House in Centreville got sold in one day of open house. At the closing also she made sure that even small dollar errors acre corrected.explained each line by line items which dint happened to us when we first bought our house.
