Window Screen & Window Treatment are 2 different things altogether. For Example: If the drapes you had provided is torn you won't replace it ...since it conveys AS IS.However window screens are part of permanent fixtures in the home just like if a window breaks you would replace it. You may want to speak to an attorney or hire a property manager to handle the demanding tenants needs for next year. Good Luck!

Your best option would be to either contact a local Realtor or an appraiser (for a fee) to get you accurate estimated home value.

Select the listing you want to be removed under cancel listing and take it off the market. If that choice is not available you can flag the listing and send a note the Zillow.

You may want to flag the listing in questions and add a note for the Zillow rep. Otherwise you can go to Cancel listing and correct the status.

Best way to find out true market value is to either hire an appraiser or a Realtor.  Appraiser may charge you $400+ depending on the size of your home but Realtor can give you a no obligation market value of your home.In regards to Zillow, you need to update all the facts about your home to get the revised numbers. Or flag your home and contact Zillow representative.

Enter the property address on the Zillow home page and that should have details plus zestimates.OR Speak to your local Realtor who can prepare current market analysis of your home.
