Depending on your state..Some state fall under WET Settlement Act under which the money is released after recording at the court house. So if close on Friday, goes to recording on Monday... you may not see the money hit your account till Tuesday or Wed. Check with your attorney or closing office.

You can flag the home that you want to remove. Under Edit mention your issue and this will bring it to Zillow's staff attention and they can remove the duplicate listing.
