Bought a home in 2013.
Vance treated us with the same courtesy as someone buying a million dollar home. He was very professional and knowlegeable during the whole time- [and his dry sense of humor was delightful.] He made a very stressful situation go as smoothly as possible. We highly recommend him.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $275K in Greensburg, PA.
Vance and his team are an absolute pleasure to deal with. We utilized them for both purchasing and selling, and in both instances, they met and exceeded expectations. When we were purchasing, Vance was patient and wonderful in assisting us find a home that met our wants and needs. The first thing that comes to mind is the fact that I received asking price for home. Even though several offers came in lower than listed, I never felt pressured to give in with a lower counter offer. The guidance from Vance enabled me to be patient and ultimately achive my goal of getting the best possible price. I also feel that Vance is a well known and respected person in the community.
