Claire did a CMA analysis on our home to help us get top dollar. She was honest and creative and really went above and beyond to help us! She always answered our calls and emails promptly. We look forward to working with her again!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $100K in Weequahic, Newark, NJ.
Claire did a great job of finding the type of property (multi family) in the area we were looking for. She spent time listening to my needs and was very good at communicating updates all the way to the closing table.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Piscataway, NJ.
Just Great !!! Claire was always ready to show the homes from the list that we gave her from online websites, and she gave detailed info of all homes. we saw more than 100 homes with her, and literally felt tired but she was not, and always had smile when we met ! With her help, we found the best home with all our requirements satisfied. If I will need to buy another home, I will look for no other agent !

Claire is a wonderful real estate agent to work with! She was always available for us, prompt in her e-mail replies/callbacks and showed us several houses every evening, which was more than I expected! Claire was very patient throughout the whole home buying process despite multiple unforseen issues coming up along the way! Claire always offered her honest viewpoint on the houses we saw and was not at all pushy to sell the house. I would definitely recommend Claire to anyone looking to purchase a home!

Bought a home in 2012.
We used Claire Lawrence as our Realtor for the purchase of our first home. She was wonderful to work with. She was very accommodating and extremely helpful. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and needed guidance throughout the process. She was always ready to help with whatever it was we needed. She was easy to reach and if she was not available, she would always return our phone calls in a timely manner. She really made this experience easier than we ever expected it to be. I would highly recommend her to all that I know.

When we first started our search for a home, it was difficult to find a realtor that we liked working with because a lot of them were really pushy. We met Claire and she did a great job helping us out. She was extremely professional and did not show us anything outside of the price range that we wanted to stay in. She was very knowledgeable about the entire home buying process and was always available to answer our questions. She is someone who is honest and helps you find exactly what you are looking for. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell a home.
