Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Midtown, Little Rock, AR.
We had initially been speaking with another Realtor and felt like we were dealing with someone who did not care about us or our needs and was only in it for a quick sale. We took a chance and asked Val Hansen to show us a house. We immediately knew we had made the right decision. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. We could actually be considered difficult clients because we went into it with a vague understanding of the process and what we wanted. No matter how silly our concern or question, Val answered quickly, honestly, and without making us feel stupid. He empowered us and was a true advocate for our wants and needs throughout the entire process. Once we purchased our home, he made notes about things we had concerns about (cracks, leaks, etc) and had an amazing, knowledgeable contractor come check these concerns while giving us cost effective solutions. Not only that, Val knows everyone! He was able to point us in the right direction of who to speak with when it came to home inspections, title companies, insurance, etc. It was so important to feel that level of trust as first time home buyers. We were nervous and uninformed and Val set us at ease and got us a great deal with a lot of perks and add-ons that we didn't even expect. I cannot even count the ways that Val went above and beyond for us and though we love our house, at the end of the process, we were a bit sad that we wouldn't have a reason to call Val and chat with him! Val was a pleasure to deal with. He is knowledgeable, respectful and very professional. He showed me several properties before I finally settled on the one I wanted. Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Alexander, AR.
Val and Wendy are the epitome of excellent customer service. Even if out of town they managed to get all necessary documents to me immediately and answered any questions and any time of day. This was my first home purchase but I can't imagine a better experience than the one I had with with them!
