Valerie Archer Belardo started in the real estate business in 1987 when real estate was starting to decline and interest rates were at 10%. Facing the challenges of a declining market and a new career, Valerie began her journey to a career level of over $200 million in residential sales. She is now in her 19th year as a licensed real estate Broker/Agent and maintains a very successful business in Mercer and Burlington Counties. Valerie Belardo has created a team which keeps consistent yearly sales volume amongst the areas Top Producing Realtors.

The Valerie Belardo Team works with RE/MAX Tri County located at the Golden Crest Corporate Center in Hamilton Township and is proud to say, “We are the number one office in our marketplace”. Valerie joined RE/MAX after 11 years with another company. The VB Team is ranked #1 in their office and #4 in the state of NJ based on statistics from RE/MAX of NJ for units and commissions in 2005.

With the help of our full time staff at RE/MAX and a team selling approach, the VB Team sells 140—150 homes a year. Valerie is a full time Broker-Salesperson with many professional designations including GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative). Valerie is a member of the Mercer County Circle of Excellence Platinum Club and has been for numerous years. She has received many awards from the RE/MAX organization including Chairman’s Award and Realtor of the Year. Valerie is also on the Board of Directors for the MCAR and Chairperson for the Mercer Circle of Excellence .

Valerie believes in balance in life and makes sure she finds time for her family and close friends. She is married to Angelo Belardo (who is also a licensed realtor) and enjoys two wonderful children, Angelo and Nico. The Belardo family resides in Mansfield Township.
