As a broker associate at Re/Max Integrity, my primary objective is to represent my clients with the highest level of honesty, integrity, transparency, communication, and fidelity.   This is the basis from which all actions, dealings, and interactions begin.

For more than a quarter century I have been employed in the local Ventura County and Santa Barbara County real estate industry.  I first became licensed as a sales associate in 1985. But early on my real estate career path led me to the valuation side of the business as a residential appraiser.  I became a state Certified Residential Appraiser in 1991 at the inception of the California appraisal licensing law.  Later, I obtained my California real estate broker's license in 1997 to order to expand my real estate based services to my local clients.

Over the past 27 years I have developed expertise in the valuation of residential properties of all types and sizes.  My experience includes the typical tract homes and condominiums that dominate the local landscape. But my specialty eventually evolved into expertise in the valuation of high end residential properties. This includes rural residential ranch properties valued up to $12 million, oceanfront estates up to $28.5 million, and world class residential estate properties up to $25 million. This extensive knowledge of the local markets and my expertise in the valuation of the high end residential estate property segment uniquely positions me to serve my Re/Max Integrity clients.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Ventura, CA.

Tom helped my husband and I find our dream home. He was always very professional, but personable at the same time. He knew the local market and neighborhoods very well, and always made sure our needs were met. He was very responsive, and willing to work on the weekends at at night to meet deadlines. I respected that he wasn't very pushy, and didn't pressure us to go out of our budget. He always seemed like finding the right house for our family was more important than making a commission. He also always made sure that he explained the home buying process to us very well, and I always felt very safe knowing that he was on our case. I would absolutely recommend him to any first time buyers looking for a personal, easy going and comfortable home search.  More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $450K in Ventura, CA.

Tom helped us to purchase our first home. As first time home buyers we were a bit intimidated by the home-buying process. Tom was extremely helpful not only in helping us to find our home, but also in taking the time to explain, step-by-step everything involved in the purchase. The home we loved was a bit above our budget, but he was able to negotiate the price down to where we felt more comfortable. As our loan was being processed, Tom recognized that there was a mistake made by the underwriter that would have ultimately lost us the house. He was quick to recognize it and quick to call the appropriate people to get it fixed. He was very pleasant to work with, quick to get in touch with us, listened to what it was that we wanted and seemed to ultimately have our best interests in mind. We are VERY happy with our home and we were very happy with our agent.  More Less
