What can I say? Allison is THE BEST! She has represented us through 2 purchases and 1 sale. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the neighborhood where she works; I remember driving around with her as we were looking at homes and she would say, "oh, this house sold for $x 3 years ago, this house was on the market for 165 days before it sold for $x, I sold this house 5 years ago..." I could go on and on. She's down-to-earth but not afraid to speak up for you. She wants you to be happy in your new home and only shows you homes that will work for your family. She puts your needs first. When she's your selling agent, she gets out there and markets your home. And, when you call her, she makes you forget that she's got a bunch of other clients, too. We just bought a home using Allison Van Wig as our agent. I wholeheartedly recommend Allison Van Wig. I really can't say enough about what a great agent she is. She is an amazing person to work with.
