Summary:

Had an excellent refinance experience with Patrick. The rate we got was quite good. The loan process was (for a mortgage) relatively painless. The process takes a long time - we started in January and closed at the end of April.

Summary:

We had been told by a bank and another mortgage broker that a refi wasn't an option for us given the amount owed on our home vs. it's current value. We wanted to take advantage of these historically low rates to refinance to a 15 year note and Patrick and his team made it happen when others couldn't.
