We bought our first home in 2004 Patrick and everyone at VanKeef Financial helped to make the process as painless as possible. They worked with us every step of the way. I am a happy homeowner and would recommend them to my family and friends (and everyone else of course!)

Closed refinance loan. Fort Myers, FLSummary:
My first attempt at refinancing my mortgage by going directly to the bank was an absolute disaster. One hand never seemed to know what the other was doing with the bank. I would get different good faith estimates from different bank employees almost daily. I ended up scrapping the entire effort to try to attempt a restart.
My restart effort took a dramatic turn in the right direction after looking over reviews for mortgage brokers on zillow. Patrick V. and his team (of only one or two people I think) operate in Florida and know the landscape (which is terrible). Patrick and his team were very responsive and guided the entire effort from start to finish. I've referred several friends to Vankeef Financial though I'm not sure how many have taken the advice. I'll continue to refer to Patrick and if 30 yr interest rates fall below 2.5% I may be calling Patrick to refi again.…More Less
