Friendly and professional service - everything as promised. Things got a bit tight around closing, but it all worked out fine in the end. It was particularly convenient for us since we could manage everything through e-mail and computer-friendly electronic forms.

Why don't you quote ALL of your fees? I'm sitting here with your GFE and it's $1512.95 higher than your Zillow quote. I have had many mortgages in my day and know that you are waiting to pass the blame on these fees, but there are other people who tell you all the facts before the GFE. Fortunately, I found a GFE the matched their Zillow quote.

If I may, I'd like to address your response. As I'm sure you're aware being you've had multiple mortgage, interest rates change daily. For that matter there are days when rates fluctuate on a hourly basis. Depending on the timeframe from when I gave you a quote until you received my GFE it is quite possible that the rates had changed significantly. This of course would be the blame for the increase in fees.
You can look at my feedback, it speaks for itself. My main goal is to meet my client's needs. I'm sorry that I couldn't have been of service to you. I would've like to have the opportunity to work with you in your mortgage needs.

Great job. Everything went smoothly. I got a great interest on a 10 yr fixed refinance. We did everything by email which is most convenient for me since I am on my computer every day. No wasted time with phone calls, leaving messages or any of that.

We refinanced with Patrick. It was a long drawn out process due to the fact that we own a condo in South Florida. We had a lot of questions and concerns, but Patrick was always available, easy to reach and always was able to explain what was going on. Patrick and his folks were wonderful. Although this closing was probably the worst one I have ever had, Patrick made things happen and kept the communication flowing. He was always available to take my calls and provide me with much needed feedback. When things got unexplainable, he explained them. And on top of all that, he found me the best mortgage rate available at the time I needed it. I would highly recommend his firm to anyone needing mortgage services.

Patrick was great and did everything possible to help us with our loan. He was super quick getting us information and GFEs. Sadly, we couldn't close our loan with him due to timing of our sales contract and the new HVCC appraisal process, we ultimately were not able to change to using VanKeef as our broker. Next time we will save ourselves a ton of trouble, expense and headache and go to Patrick first!
