Worked with Larry Keefauver at VanKeef Financial. Larry gave me some advice as I had already gotten loan information from my current servicer. Larry could have tried to get me to spend more money on another appraisal but he said it wouldn't be worth it for me to try. I appreciate his honest and his quick response to all my questions. I will use VanKeef Financial and Larry specifically if I ever need to do any type of loan modification. When it comes time for a refi or home equity loan, I will use this company for sure.

I closed my Refinance with Patrick. He was willing to go the extra mile for me and proceeded with all the paperwork and then wait for the rate that I wanted to close at. He was available to me at all hours even giving me his cell number so I could get him on my schedule. When something came up that I was concerned about Patrick spent a great deal of time explaining it to me until I understood all the facts. I got first class service and the rate I wanted. Thank you Patrick. I will tell all my friends about your great service and use you again in the future.

I started my loan search while stationed in Afghanistan. Patrick went above and beyond to overcome the communication challenges associated with being deployed. I was drawn to Patrick because he offered the best rate/fee package and was willing to match other offers. However, the reason I'm writing this critique is because of the outstanding service he provided throughout the entire process. In fact, the day before closing I discovered a roof leak in my new house. I was unwilling to sign the closing documents until it was fixed, but my rate lock expired that day and rates had gone up since I locked. In addition, SunTrust was spooked by word of the roof leak and wanted to void my entire loan. Patrick worked with the lender, real estate agents and contractor to find a solution. The repairs were made and Patrick paid the fees associated with delaying closing. I couldn't be happier with the rate and service that he provided. It was a complicated investment property loan and we had several glitches......but eventually were able to close the loan.

The original rate and fees quoted were not able to be maintained due to loan to value issues because of the lower appraisal value caused by the poor real estate market. Very frustrating......Patrick kept us informed throughout the process. I believe I received the best possible loan for my circumstances in the current real estate market.

Everything has gone well so far ....Patrick is very responsive, honest and reliable which to me is as important as getting a good rate. The rate i got from him was the BEST compared to many other lenders i scouted for. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for good rates combined with good service.

We are working with Patrick on a refinance loan. Have not closed yet, but anticipate doing so shortly. Patrick has been a joy to work with -- he offered several alternatives to help us obtain our refi goals and very patiently took the time to explain each and answer our multitude of questions. We'd highly recommend Patrick's services to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, comminicative and caring professional.

Patrick is an incredible lender as well as an incredible human being. After being told by other lenders that I could not obtain a loan, Patrick worked with me and helped me get the house I wanted at a very good interest rate. I have gone from quote to almost closing with him in less than two months (closing is in 2 weeks), and every step of the way, he has been incredibly helpful. He remembers details his customer and has a great amount of kindness in all he does. Every email and phone call was answered promptly and courteously, even those after traditional business hours.
This man is the best I have seen in his business, and I have already recommended him to several friends. Patrick is truly an answer to prayer and I would work with him again in a heartbeat!
