He was on top of everything & keep us up to date. but after we come to the end weve tryed to get back the copy of the survey we sent and can't get a return call or statis of the survey.

I just closed my loan today. It was great working with Patrick. He was very professional and easy to contact either by e-mail or phone. I was very comfortable working with him, never felt pressured. His rates were the best around. As other reviews had mentioned; his good faith estimate was very accurate, no surprises at closing. I would highly recommend Patrick for your loan needs.

Patrick was professional and friendly. He did a nice job of explaining each step of the process and taking the time to fully answer our questions. The whole process from application to closing was smooth and easy. The best part is that his good faith estimate was very accurate, and there were no surprises when we closed on our loan. I would definitely recommend him.

Ultimately did not refinance because HELOC lender was unwilling to resubordinate to first mortgage due to reduced property value (seems to be a familiar theme). Patrick was extraordinarily professional, responsive, accommodating and knowledgeable, and I was sorry we were unable to consummate the deal. Would work with him again in the future without hesitation. Have already recommended his services to others.

the loan was not materialized because of the property appraise value went down dramatically.
but PATRICK did well,he kept me update of the status and explained to me well. he is very professional.

PATRICK WAS VERY HELPFUL THROUGHOUT.......ALL INFO HE NEEDED WAS IN PLACE AND AWAITING THE APPRAISAL.....THE APPRAISAL CAME IN VERY LOW BECAUSE OF FORECLOSURES IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD.....THERE WAS NOTHING MORE PATRICK COULD DO AT THIS TIME.....MY WIFE AND I WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL ATTENTION AFFORDED TO US.....WE WILL DEFINITELY CALL PATRICK BACK WHEN THE MARKET DOES THE "OBAMA" TURN AROUND......

Patrick has been absolutely great to work with during the refinancing process of my northern Florida home.
