He was very responsive and flexible in successful arranging a refinancing. This was done in a particularly tough market, and Patrick ended up arranging for a sub 4% loan.

My first attempt at refinancing my mortgage by going directly to the bank was an absolute disaster. One hand never seemed to know what the other was doing with the bank. I would get different good faith estimates from different bank employees almost daily. I ended up scrapping the entire effort to try to attempt a restart.

My restart effort took a dramatic turn in the right direction after looking over reviews for mortgage brokers on zillow. Patrick V. and his team (of only one or two people I think) operate in Florida and know the landscape (which is terrible). Patrick and his team were very responsive and guided the entire effort from start to finish. I've referred several friends to Vankeef Financial though I'm not sure how many have taken the advice. I'll continue to refer to Patrick and if 30 yr interest rates fall below 2.5% I may be calling Patrick to refi again.

Patrick showed a knowledge about available loan opportunities that was greater than other loan providers I had spoken to before. When another lender reneged on an initial loan approval, and could not explain to me why, that put my closing into jeopardy with only a couple weeks left to closing date. Patrick was able to explain the issue, and was able to step in and provide service that saved the closing (we were able to push the date back because of a communication between Patrick's team and the seller/short sale bank), and provide a better interest rate than the previous lender I had dealt with. There were real time pressures with closing on my house, and Patrick and has team successfully managed those pressures, showed responsiveness, especially at the most urgent times, and I was able to close on my house. Their help is greatly appreciated.

Patrick and his staff was very easy to work with. He kept my best interests in mind at all times. When he found me a better refi rate he let me know and we switched to a different Bank. I got an incredible rate and am extremely pleased with his customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend him. From the initial application right through past the closing he was always available and on top of things.
