Vanessa and her team had us do everything right before we placed our home on the market. Her stagger helped us put our home in showcase condition, although it was an older home. Her handyman helped us before and after our home was in contract. Vanessa was always there to answer all of our questions both before and after the sale. It is so hard to determine if an agent is good or bad, or truly experienced or not until; but we could tell from our first interview with Vanessa that she knew what she was doing and had tons of experience in doing it right. She made sure we did everything right in preparing our home to be "marketed" properly.
