Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $150K in Enterprise, Las Vegas, NV.
We bought a short sale property through Joe and the process took about a year and a half, as short sales usually do. Joe stuck with the process and got us through the finish line without a glitch. Highly recommend

Sold a home in 2013.
Absolutely the best Realtor I have ever dealt with. Joe is responsive, knowledgeable and works his butt off for his clients. What he was able to do with the sale of our house in today's market was beyond amazing and truly way beyond our expectations. I would recommend Joe any day of the week and twice on Sunday. If you need to sell or buy something in today's market, Joe Radosta is your guy.

I can’t say enough about how amazing Joe has been through the house selling process. I live in New York and I was selling a property in Las Vegas and he made the process so easy and painless. Joe made a lot of promises about price and how quickly the property would sell and I’m a person who “believes it when I see it” and boy did he prove it! Four days after listing the property it was sold and everything he said was right on. Every step from that point on was effortless and Joe went above and beyond helping us in any way he could. He delivered on every promise and was always willing to help. He was great at answering the phone and never left me hanging for information. If anything, I would say that he kept me three steps ahead. He is outstanding at what he does and it was such a pleasure working with him. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone in the selling or buying process.

My husband and I were in a quick bind to sell our house. We met Joseph and he EXCEEDED our expectations. Our previous realtor was disappointing and Joseph was professional, quick, and so good!!! Our house sold over 1 weekend for a price that other realtors said couldn't be negotiated. Joe knows the market and he knew exactly how to sell our house!!! We are so pleased. Everything from taking initial photos to signing paperwork was smooth and carefree! We met with a couple realtors and we are SO GLAD we chose Joseph! Who knew selling the house could be that easy!

Helped me rent a Condo home in Winchester, Las Vegas, NV.
Joe was very helpful in finding me an apartment to rent. He went above and beyond what he needed to help me secure the unit while I was out of town on business. I would highly recommend Joe for anyone living in the Las Vegas area. Very Helpful!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $325K in Green Valley South, Henderson, NV.
JOE IS THE BEST!!
We have dealt with him for the expected 6 months it took from money down to closing on a short sale. It has been an amazing journey with Joe continually being the most knowledgeable, professional, honorable agent we could ever have hoped to have in our corner. He went to bat for us several times and looked out for our best interest. His updates kept us informed, even when the update was " this is the waiting, have patience time." His honesty in dealing with the Seller and Seller's agent was refreshing. Joe has found his niche and the rest of us are lucky to know him as THE real estate agent extraordinaire!
Our new family legacy in Henderson would NOT have happened without the diligence and hard work by Joe Radosta. Kudos and thanks to him.

Helped me rent a Single Family home in Paradise, Las Vegas, NV.
We were looking for a rental property. Most realtors aren't thrilled about rentals however he was thorough and gave us some new perspectives to think about while looking at the properties. Would recommend :)

Joseph helped to buy my first condo. It was an amazing experience, I will absolutely recommend everything to have a chance work with him. Since it was my first experience , he explain all step of this complicated process and walk through till the end. He was patient with me in a process of search for perfect place, since i was not sure what I wanted. He took a time and showed me all options on the market this time. When I made my decision on the condo, he was 100% during negotiation of a price. All necessary documentation was done very quick and he explained every single point on these documentation. He made my experience of purchasing property very pleasant and easy. I will defiantly work with him again!!!

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $125K in Paradise, Las Vegas, NV.
All i can say is WOW. Joe came through when my wife and I thought there was no hope in sight. He was able to short sell our home, wipe the deficiency judgment, and keep me and my wife calm through the entire process. He is honest, works for and with you, and kept us in the loop the entire time. Eloquence escapes me for how much praise and thanks I have for him. Thank you, Joe. You ROCK!
