Bought a home in 2010.Summary:
We are happy to recommend Maggy and Ron Dressel as agents who will help you answer your real estate needs. We worked with them when we purchased a home in the Venetian Golf and River Club development in Venice, Florida in April 2010. We were buying long-distance and were not able at the time to make a trip to Venice from our home in Seattle, so we depended very heavily on the advice of Ron and Maggy. They know the area thoroughly and live there themselves, so they have first-hand knowledge of most of the houses. They also know the lenders, contractors, and decorators in the area, so their services go far beyond merely finding a house that meets your specifications. We have never lived in Florida before, and Maggy and Ron were quite detailed in telling us what to avoid and what to seek out in a home there. They never exerted pressure on us to buy.
Our relationship with them was (and continues to be) comfortable and friendly. We consider ourselves fortunate now to have them as neighbors.…More Less

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $150k in North Venice, FL.Summary:
Ron and Maggy Dressel of Team Venetian exhibited extensive knowledge of the Venetian Golf and River Club and the Real Estate Market in general.
We worked with Team Venetian on both the purchase of our home in 2006 and most recently the sale of our home. They exhibited professionalism, honesty, integrity, and the enthusiasm it takes to realize a sale in these tough economic times. Within one week of our listing they found a buyer. The contract that was prepared was complete and accurate and protected our interests. Working with the bank presented many challenges.
