Verania Belausteguigoitia Realtor-Associate
I was born in Mexico City and I have Mexican, Spanish, French and Irish descent. This gives me a greater understanding of Miami's diverse and thriving culture. I speak English, Spanish, French and Italian. I have been in the real estate business since 2001, specializing in finding great investment opportunities for international buyers, as well as residential transactions for locals and foreigners. Miami's growing tendency makes it a very desired area to invest and live in.
While living in Mexico, I worked as a simultaneous translator for Televisa's news station. This high pressure, fast paced environment helped me develop the skills to work quickly and effectively under deadlines. Additionally, I am an NLP Master Practitioner and I excel at communicating clearly and concisely—a skill that has helped me gain the confidence of clients and colleagues.
Since I received my license in 2001, I have helped many clients, both locally and abroad, sell and purchase condominiums in Brickell and across South Florida. My clients range from investors to buyers looking for first and second homes. I attribute my success in Miami's real estate market to my innate ability to understand the needs and wants of clients, whether they are investing in real estate, selling or purchasing a home.
In order to be of better service to my clients, I got my Mortgage Broker license. This helps me offer a more complete picture of the real estate transaction to my clients, especially those purchasing from abroad.
If you want to sell, buy or invest, I will make it a pleasant process, call me!
