Debbie Bell is a professional, who is a delight to work with. She worked very hard to show me the Vero Beach area and and spent months before that researching the market for me. Her expertise really made it easy for me to understand the current market, and although I did not buy a property on my first trip to Vero, I am very thankful to her and I will certainly buy with her when the right place comes along. I highly recommend her to anyone looking in the
Vero area.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Vero Beach, FL.
Debbie helped me for a year to try and sell my condo. It was during a very rough time in real estate for condos. After a year and very little activity, she had an idea for me to sell by auction. I did and it sold, saving me the commission price and inspections/repairs.
Debbie was respectful, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. She was very straight forward with me and over all did a wonderful job. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in Vero Beach.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $450K in Vero Beach, FL.
Debbie Bell did a great job marketing our home. Debbie brought in a professional photographer to photograph our home. The photos appeared in local real estate publications and online realtor sites as well. We were also able to monitor the activity our home was attracting online through a site Debbie set-up. I would highly recommend selling a home with Debbie. She is a true professional.

Sold a home in 2009.
In 2009 Debbie helped us to buy our first home in Vero Beach. Because we lived out of town, the process seemed daunting, but Debbie and her staff made it easy. She is a top-notch professional in every way and I recommend her 100% without hesitation. If you need a down-to-earth, honest, and professional realtor, you cannot go wrong with Debbie.

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $475K in Vero Beach, FL.
My wife and I began looking for a home in Florida in February of 2005. We looked up and down the East Coast from Boca Raton to Palm Coast. During one of our first visits we met Debbie by chance. She spent a half day with us and showed us a number of properties in Vero Beach. We are originally from the East Coast and both of our families are all still there so we knew that someday we would end up in Florida but the timing was very uncertain. We continued to look along the coast narrowing our search from Boca Raton to Vero Beach for four years and finally listed our house in California in February, 2009.
During the four years we looked in Florida it became clear that Debbie had a better knowledge of her market than any other realtor we had ever met. Debbie was the only realtor who kept in touch with us during those four years with calls and e-mails just touching base and offering her assistance.
She found us the home of our dreams, in our price range, in a neighborhood that we just love and we couldn't be happier. Our decision to move to Vero Beach along with the purchase of our house could not have been more perfect and we owe all that to Debbie.
