Sold a home in 2013.
Vickie was simply awesome from beginning to end...and then some. Professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. Vickie was forthcoming with advise on how best to show and list our home in a tough, buyer's market. She got results when other properties had been on the market for far longer. All emails, texts, and phone communications were timely, all questions answered and issues resolved. She was present for the appraisal, providing many positive points for the appraiser to obtain the highest value for our property. And she stuck with us even after the sale was closed, providing helpful advise to us and the buyer's agent. A true professional in every sense of the word.
If you want a fantastic agent....Vickie is the one!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Spanaway, WA.
Vickie has been awesome, she helped me and my wife buy our first house together and I always felt like she had out best interest at heart, everything I could have ever needed help on she was always happy to assist us and provide quick responses, I would reccomend her to anyone no question. if your looking for an agent you cant go wrong with Vickie!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Spanaway, WA.
Vickie Jennings provided excellent professional service. She was aggresive in persuit to short sell our house. She went above and beyond in Checkling our home to ensure it was not vandalized and taken care of. Ms. Jennings comunicated with us consistently throghout the process and we felt confident that she would handle every detail and assist us with any questions we had throughout the short sale.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Auburn, WA.
My wife and I cannot say enough about highly we respect and appreciate Vickie Jennings as our real estate professional, representing us effectively and efficiently during each phase of our purchases and our sales (4 transactions now over the years). We would recommend Vickie in a second without hesitation. In fact, we have! Vickie has a vast knowledge of the local South Sound region and she knows who to contact if/when issues come up. She's very responsive to your needs and she continually communicates with you, no matter which stage of the process you're in, just to make sure all your questions are answered and your concerns are being addressed along the way. She is patient and compassionate - she knows how important it is to choose the "right" home for your purchase, as well as getting the most money for your sale. Bought a home in 2012.
Vickie was very patient with us and had no problem showing us as many or as few houses as we wanted. Once she showed us a few houses, it was clear that her intent was to put us in the best house she could. She wasn't interested in putting us in some dilapidated, overpriced house nor putting us in any old house to hurry up and close (of which both cases I've heard horror stories). She also helped us with negotiations. And when we didn't get a reasonable counter offer, when we might have taken it anway, she advised us to move on which clearly in the end was the best choice. She was very knowledgeable and kept us informed with some issues with a lot of houses that could have easily slipped past us. Again, she clearly had us in her best interests. The way she showed us houses was as though she was looking for a house for herself. She wouldn't accept cut corners or shoddy work and would tell us immediately if she saw it. And when we finally found our house, she was as excited as we were (still are) at how well this home accomodated our needs.

Once we had an interested party, Vickie helped us get through the negotiation process and coordinated additional work that had to be done prior to the closing. We very much enjoyed working with Vickie as she was very accessible and kept us informed through the whole process.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $425K in Tacoma, WA.
Very professional. We had a difficult property to sell, not an entry level home, a home on acreage, very well built with barn, arena, and many amenities. My husband's pride was also a challenge, but she helped us work it all through.

Vickie is a very competent real estate agent. She handled every issue with our sale of our home and the purchase of a new property flawlessly. I would definitely use her services again and will absolutely recommend her to prospective clients.

Sold a home in 2011.
Hands down best real estate agent in the Pierce/ Thurston county area. She takes quality pictures and is able to articulate the best of your house re-sale. She marketed our Roy house in multiple areas and was able to sell our house in a bad economy and the winter weather:) We also used Vickie for multiple purchases of properties and she knows what to look for to get you the best deal in today's market. Vickie's knowledge of real-estate and the local area is unrivaled. Vickie will always be our realtor in the South Sound Region!
