I appreciated Vicky's no BS approach. She was very candid about the properties' strengths and weaknesses. Vicky was very alert to our specific needs and helpful in every way I could imagine. She will be the first person I call when I need an agent.
Response from Vicky
We used Vicky Ide to sell and buy our homes in 2002. She never listed our home, but sold it internally to another realtor as a rental property. Of course, she recommended that we sell for a low price. We felt very ripped off. She also told us that she didn't make an appointment to show us a house, but then lied to the owner about having an appointment. We are using someone else this time.…More Less

I can't tell you how bad your letter made me feel, it ruined my whole week. I had trouble sleeping for two days after reading it. I can't even remember selling a house on Stewart and can't find it in the tax records either. I'm sorry you felt so bad about the price your house got, I had no idea. I don't think I ever sold a house to another Realtor, and I tried to drive by your house to remind me but I couldn't find a house at 614 Stewart. I'm hate the idea of you being mad for ten years! I'm sorry and wish I could make it up to you, but I have to admit it's hard when I don't know who you are.
- Highly likely to recommend

Vicky is a wonderful person to work with! her knowledge of real-estate combined with her great attitude made every part of buying our house a very pleasant experience. It took an un-usually long time for us to find a house that we both liked and could afford. Vicky is most likely the most patient realtor that i have ever met! there was no pressure at any point in the 9 months that we viewed homes.
I would highly recommend using her and I will be using her again for future real-estate buying.…More Less

After receiving her Real Estate License in South Africa, Vicky was named Realtor of the Month after her first month as a full fledge Realtor. Selling Real Estate in 1988 in Appartied South Africa for 3 years was interesting work. The interest rate was 21% and there was no negotiating it down because it was set by the government. Confidence in the country's stablity was crumbling more and more every day so that the real estate market became flooded with large homes that people were selling in order to liquidate their assets incase they had to flee the country in a hurry. Townhouses and condos became very popular due to their cheaper prices and addtional security so Vicky found herself specializing in multi-family dwellings.
She has lived in Norman since 1995 and has worked for Ideal Homes specializing in brand new or custom built homes. In 1999 Vicky got her Real Estate License in Oklahoma and started working for Keller Williams. After she was awarded the "Rookie of the Year" Award in 2000 for her multi-million dollar production she was asked to become a member of the Agent Leadership Council at Keller Williams. The "ALC" is a board of directors made up of the top producers to help promote growth, leadership and management within the company.
In 2007 Vicky joined Metro First Realty where she is a member of both the OKC and Norman Boards of Real Estate. She has sold over $14,000,000 worth of real estate since joining Metro First and enjoys working from her home in Eagle Cliff.
Vicky has sold houses in Choctaw, Oklahoma City, Yukon, Mustang, Moore, Norman, Edmond, Noble and even Agra. Her philosophy is simply to make everyone happy in every transaction. She works hard seven days a week, and never turns her phone off so that you can always count on being able to reach her.
