I appreciated Vicky's no BS approach. She was very candid about the properties' strengths and weaknesses. Vicky was very alert to our specific needs and helpful in every way I could imagine. She will be the first person I call when I need an agent.

Sold a Single Family home in 2002 in Norman, OK.
We used Vicky Ide to sell and buy our homes in 2002. She never listed our home, but sold it internally to another realtor as a rental property. Of course, she recommended that we sell for a low price. We felt very ripped off. She also told us that she didn't make an appointment to show us a house, but then lied to the owner about having an appointment. We are using someone else this time.

I can't tell you how bad your letter made me feel, it ruined my whole week. I had trouble sleeping for two days after reading it. I can't even remember selling a house on Stewart and can't find it in the tax records either. I'm sorry you felt so bad about the price your house got, I had no idea. I don't think I ever sold a house to another Realtor, and I tried to drive by your house to remind me but I couldn't find a house at 614 Stewart. I'm hate the idea of you being mad for ten years! I'm sorry and wish I could make it up to you, but I have to admit it's hard when I don't know who you are.

Bought a Vacant Land home in 2011 for approximately $75K in Noble, OK.
Vicky is a wonderful person to work with! her knowledge of real-estate combined with her great attitude made every part of buying our house a very pleasant experience. It took an un-usually long time for us to find a house that we both liked and could afford. Vicky is most likely the most patient realtor that i have ever met! there was no pressure at any point in the 9 months that we viewed homes.
I would highly recommend using her and I will be using her again for future real-estate buying.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Oklahoma City, OK.
As a first time home buyer, I couldn't be more lost when it came to looking for a home. Vicky made the process so simple! She was always available and flexible with my hectic schedule, we looked at as many as a dozen homes in a day. She was able to find me great homes in my budget and we're closing on a beautiful home next week, I couldn't be happier. She was able to walk me through every step of the process and I would never use another realtor. I recommend her to anyone looking for a home or selling their home. She has become a great friend!

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $150K in Yukon, OK.
Wonderful agent! Very knowledgeable and friendly. There for you when you need her. She is determined to get you the right house at the right price, and is an absolute joy to work with. She is the only agent I've ever known that is truly concerned with making sure you are comfortable and happy throughout the entire process. When you make her your agent you also gain a loyal friend. I highly recommend Vicky Ide as a real estate agent!

Sold a home in 2010.
Vicky is very professional realtor who is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market in Oklahoma/Norman/Moore area. I only had certain days that I could look at houses and Vicky was always there at the drop of a hat. I was very selective about the house that I wanted and she showed me many. We looked at as high as 15 in one day and for those of you that have looked at houses that is quit a few. She never tired out or so it seemed. She is always pleasant and in a positive frame of mind which certainly helps when you are looking to make a puchase of this size. Yes I would definately reccmmend Vicky to anyone looking to purchase a house.
She also sold my home as well. I really had my doubts about the market right then but she was always upbeat and positive. That kept me feeling positive as well. She sold my house & she helped me to find my dream home and became a true friend too. Thank you Vicky.
