What can I say? Victor is the only reason I am now living in my beautiful home in Yucaipa. He took what I thought was a hopeless situation and made it into a reality. I contacted two realtors in November 2014 to begin searching for a new home. I went to my credit union to pre-qualify for a home loan. I was told I could not get a loan because of liens on my home that I owned with my ex-husband. I reluctantly called both realtors to cancel my appointments with them because of this unforeseen issue. Victor said, "What do you want to do?" I said, "I want to sell my house and continue looking for a new one." He said he could do that for me. I had my doubts. My home, which I had not lived in for 12 years was in disrepair. Victor checked out the house and told me how much I could sell it for. I told him he was nuts, but go ahead!! He sold it in 2 days. He got me into contact with another loan company who was very personable and really cared about their clients. I was pre-approved. Next step, find a home for myself and my husband. We looked and looked and looked and looked. I was ready to give up. I was ready to settle for something I didn't think was perfect because of the frustration I was feeling. Victor kept saying, "Don't give up. Don't settle. Something will come up." And sure enough something did show up, and now, 4 months later, my husband and I are now living in our beautiful home! Without Victor, I'm positive none of this would have ever happened for me. The road wasn't easy, but Victor was there every step of the way, literally holding my hand, to make sure any bump in the road was as smooth as he could make it. I went from hiring a realtor, to finding a friend. Thank you, Victor.

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $350K in Highland, CA.

This is our second experience with Victor, he helped us buy this house when it was a foreclosure--at a time foreclosures we're selling like hotcakes. We really liked this particular house but we got no response to our offer and it went off the market--Victor told us banks often will switch agents and to be patient. When it came back on the market he was ready and got our offer in and accepted before anyone else had a chance.

A few years ago we ended up moving out of state for another job and at the time the market was slow so we weren't able to find a buyer so Victor helped us get some reliable renters into the house.

When the renters moved out several years later the market was better so I told Victor I wanted a quick sell so I wasn't paying mortgage without the rental income.

Victor pushed us to get the house in perfect order. He went through the house with a fine tooth comb and had us fix things that we didn't notice were broken, and made us re-clean things that I thought were clean enough. This really made the house more appealing. I was out of state but he would drop by from time to time to give me an update on the progress. Just before we were to put it on the market Victor called to tell me he had just been in the house and we had a water leak--we had to get repairs--Victor gave me a number for a plumber to get the leak fixed and followed up with us on the claims and repair process regularly until we were ready to list. Finally when the house was all repaired and cleaned again we put it on the market. I thought he was listing the house on the high side and we'd have to come down but we got an offer on the house within 24 hours of listing (he put a for sale sign up well before listing to generate interest), and a second offer within 48 hours.

Victor is great at coming up with solutions to issues during the transaction to avoid delays, he's very knowledgeable about the market, and a keen and reasonable negotiator. I'd always want him on my side of any transaction. Throughout my dealings with Victor he is always very proactive at communication and keeps the transaction moving and calls people up if they're holding up the process. If he sees that I haven't responded to an email with papers to sign I'll get a phone call from him that evening--or sooner if it's something that needs to be signed right away.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $250K in Calimesa, CA.

Working with Victor was a great experience, he was able to help us find our home and made the process very smooth. Documents that needed to be signed were emailed and signed electronically, which made the process that much more efficient.
