Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Trevose, PA.
When I contacted Victor to sell my Brother's property, not only did I receive an immediate callback, but the next day, Victor made a visit to my home to discuss listing. Victor was very methodical in regards to property value and how it related to the surrounding market. He was clear as to what needed to be accomplished to get the home ready for showing. I had an offer within a week. Although that bid didn't stand, the following week another offer came through, which held. Victor was very clear about deadlines and inspections. He made it so easy for me. I never had to worry about a plumber, a roofer, a chimney worker, a carpet layer, a handyman to fix doors, windows & skylights, because Victor had all the contacts. But best of all, the day before the "walk-through", Victor and his Brother vacuumed & cleaned windows. Victor is a true professional, and very knowledgeable of real estate sales. I recommended him to my Sister. He is now selling a property for her.

Sold a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $225K in Croydon, PA.
A few years ago I was going through a bad divorce. My wife was gone and I was left with the task of finding a realtor and getting the property sold. As I am sitting in my kitchen a knock at the door, a former business supplier stopping by to see how things were going. I told him my woes, and that I was in need of a realtor. Just so happened this fellows son was a realtor. I asked him to call his son on my behalf and by evenings end I had a realtor. This agent is Victor Corsino; he has a personality like no one else. I felt he set into motion this contagious emotion of enthusiasm which was great because I was dreading the whole process of selling my home. Victor had no gimmicks to offer just knowledge of his profession, and every aspect of professionalism while walking me through the whole ordeal.
He kept track of all paper work and even did the scheduling for inspections, at times I harassed Victor about his commission ( a little pricey) but he made me eat my words (he earned every bit of that commission). In my opinion Victor went above and beyond what most realtors would do, a true gentleman in his profession, he is an asset to Century 21 and the community that gets the opportunity to work with him. I also feel to this day I have made a friend for life.
Hope to use him again in the future for a purchase
