The Following are Steps I Take to Get a Home Sold … the "Proactive Approach:"

1. Submit your home to our local Multiple Listing Service.

2. Price your home competitively … to open the market vs. narrowing the market.

3. Promote your home at the company sales meeting.

4. Develop a list of features of your home for the Brokers to use with their potential buyers.

5. Fax a features sheet to the top agents in the marketplace for their potential buyers.

6. Suggest and advise as to any changes you may want to make in your property to make it more saleable.

7. Constantly update you as to any changes in the marketplace.

8. Prospect for buyers daily for potential buyers.

9. Contact, over the next seven days … my buyer leads, Center of Influence, and Past Clients for their referrals and prospective buyers.

10. Add additional exposure through a professional sign and lockbox.

11. Keep you aware of the various methods of financing that a buyer might want to use.

12. When possible, have the cooperating Broker in the area tour your home.

13. Follow up on the salespeople who have shown your home and ask for their feedback.

14. Represent you on all offer presentations … to assist you in negotiating the best possible price and terms.

15. Handle all the follow-up upon a contact being accepted...all mortgage, title and other closing procedures.

16. Deliver your check at closing!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Trilogy, Corona, CA.

My wife and I decided to look to look for a home after paying 2 years of rent. We quickly were referred to Harmony Gamez by some friends. Choosing Harmony as our real estate agent was the best thing we could have ever done as first time buyers. Not only was she approachable when we asked her numerous questions (and I asked alot of questions), but she was very insightful and knowledgeable about realty.

When we began looking at houses she worked always around our schedule and even rescheduled her personal life to make sure we were able to see homes. She was also very easy to get in contact with by phone, email or even in person. My wife and I were astonished at the level of professionalism that Harmony displayed when showing us homes for sale, talking to sellers, and other agents. She was highly organized to the smallest detail and always provided us with package that included information and pictures of the houses we were about to see. Every time we asked for her advice when looking at properties, she always gave us a honest answer. She never pressured us and was always patient with us (due to my picky wife). She really cares about helping her clients find the perfect home.

I highly recommend her to anyone interested in buying a home. Not only is Harmony a dedicated, knowledgeable, and organized professional that provides outstanding services, but she also cares about her clients with the utmost respect and consideration to them.

Thanks to her, my wife and I now own a beautiful home.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $500K in Diamond Bar, CA.

We interviewed a few agents before selecting an agent to sell our property. We choose Harmony because we felt she was the most knowledgeable, professional, and honest agent. Harmony always stayed in great communication with us, explaining everything we needed to know through the whole process. She was very pro active in getting our home sold. Harmony held an open house for us the first week we were on the market, she contacted several top Realtors in the area, and she had several offers within the first week! I felt she helped us negotiate the best possible price and terms for our home. Our home closed in 3 weeks as scheduled. My husband and I enjoyed working with Harmony, she has a very warm personality, and she lets you know that she is there to help you. If I needed to call her several times a day for questions, she made me feel that was okay. We hope to work with her again in the future, and I would highly recommend her.  More Less
