Sold a home in 2011.
Victor is extremely professional and knowledgeable in regards to the housing market. He is very prompt, responsive, and approachable. I was very satisfied working with Mr. Yun in searching for the perfect home that fit my budget and my desires because of his level of expertise and professionalism that he performed. He always provided organized information about homes and was always ready to answer any questions or concerns that I had. Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $400K in West Covina, CA.
this agent performed very professionally during helped me to buy my first house. he is very knowlegeable and works with passion,impressed me very much with "buying" strategy and negotiation skills,immediate and good communication between seller and buyer, helped me finished the whole process very smothly and quickly. further more, i even took his recommendation of some parts of the house remodeling and it turned out that it was a wonderful idea. in a word. worked with victor made me no need to worry anything. he is a excellent agent to be trusted.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $775K in Walnut, CA.
Victor is a very knowledgeable and diligently professional agent to help us to buy our dream home in Walnut which we previously had a couple of email communications and planned to purchase in Irvine CA before we came from China. We bought the beautiful home within 2 weeks including home inspection and removed all our investigation with his great guidance.
He is very knowledgeable and helpful to show us several beautiful homes in San Marino and Arcadia schools. Because of his previewing each single home and efficient showings,we quickly decided to buy a gorgeous dream home in Arcadia conveniently near schools ,shopping etc .
