Victor has lived and been involved in real estate in the San Gabriel Valley since 1978. As a landscape designer/contractor for many of those years, Victor has developed a keen insight into the fundamentals of curb appeal, and has a deep appreciation for the many, many examples of outstanding architecture that are found throughout this Foothill region. Successfully blending the exterior, interior, and landscape elements of a property can make the difference in achieving full market value and beyond for a given property.
Victor brings his experience to every transaction, whether that means seeing the potential in a property to be purchased, or helping to bring that potential to the sight of the buying public in marketing a property, it has been a great pleasure to help bring these possibilities to reality for many properties. His understanding of the benefits and pitfalls of the many types of construction that are found throughout the region can be of tremendous value in finding or selling a home.
Victor has extensive experience in property management, 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, REO negotiations and purchases, as well as standard real estate transactions, and enjoys helping
his clients and customers with their real estate needs with enthusiasm and the attention to detail that makes things go smoothly.
Victor lives in the Pasadena/San Marino community, where he also is involved with his wife in the administration of a long established private school, enjoys and plays classical music, finds great rejuvenation in the local mountain trails, and even finds time to do some amateur play-writing for a non-profit group from time to time, early American History being his primary interest.
