Sold a home in 2013.
We interviewed three realtors and chose Victoria Carter because of her confident knowledge of local real estate. We never second guessed our decision. She is extremely professional and guided us expertly. Victoria has developed an outstanding infrastructure and oversees every aspect to keep the process moving. We relied on her judgment and she got us thru the sale of our home of 35 years seamlessly!!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Millburn, NJ.
Victoria helped us purchase a Victorian home in Millburn. We found Victoria after trying to work unsuccessfully with two other agents. We were relocating from West Coast and we had to work with a relocation company that made things quite complex. We chose Victoria because of her great reputation, great knowledge of the area and she has many years of experience as a realtor agent.
Victoria is a good listener. She was especially able to work efficiently around our schedule, helping us to visit many houses in the few days that my husband had in New Jersey when visiting from West Coast where he was still working.
Victoria has also a very good network. She recommended a lender (Shaleen with Wells Fargo) who was extremely helpful to meet the deadline and gave us a very competitive rate. She also recommended a lawyer that was very professional. The whole team was very instrumental in helping us closing on this purchase at a very competitive price. We would highly recommend Victoria and her team.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Maplewood, NJ.
We came to know Victoria in the search for our first house when we moved to the suburbs. She and her staff were patient in helping us explore different towns. She was quick with feedback and gave us a heads-up on a price reduction in order to secure the first house.
When we needed a larger house, she was instrumental in guiding us during the offer process since it was a competitive situation. She was creative in making our offer the best choice while still protecting our interests.
Most recently, she and her staff helped us sell our first house. Her relationships with agents as well as buyers resulting in high traffic visiting our property and multiple bids.
Victoria isn't just a realtor but a resource (and a friend) even after buying or selling property. She gave us recommendations for trade people (e.g. plumber, etc) as well as our architect and interior designer....all of which have been wonderful. We have been very pleased working with Victoria and think you will be happy as well.

Victoria has been our realtor for the last two houses we purchased. She was our realtor for the sale of the first house we purchased with her. We have used her services because of her knowledge of the market and professionalism.

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2012 in South Orange, NJ.
Her professionalism and knowledge of the market were impeccable. The marketing materials prepared for our home were well thought out and elegantly prepared. Her extensive network used to "get the word out" about the sale of our home produced multiple bids for its purchase the first day it was available for showing.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Maplewood, NJ.
You couldn't get a finer agent than Victoria. She's efficient, knows the real estate market inside and out, and has a great sense of humor in the bargain. What more can you ask? She answers her calls, gets right on any problem, and, above all, knows how to help you get the work done (styling, painting, improvements) that needs to get done to sell your house...and the qualified people who can do it. Her staff is courteous, helpful, and right there with answers to any questions you might have.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $1.025M in New Providence, NJ.
We recently relocated to the NYC area from Atlanta, and Victoria helped masterfully navigate us through what seemed like moving to another country. Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $375K in Summit, NJ.
Victoria Carter was our real estate agent and we bought a condo through her. Victoria is a great listener. She quickly understood our needs and started to provide us very useful suggestions. During our price negotiation, her experience provided us excellent strategies. When asked why of her suggestions, you can tell that her reasoning came from her years of experience. After we signed our contract, she pointed us to the right mortgage banker and attorney. We found the best interest rate and an attorney who will call us, uses email (not fax) and will close on short notice. Now that we have the keys to the condo, she referred us to her favorite handyman and painter. Victoria is smart, honest and energetic. She has plenty of good sense. We are so happy to let everyone know that she is the greatest real estate agent we know.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Summit, NJ.
Victoria worked diligently in marketing our property in Summit and did an excellent job in displaying the house in the advertisements and attracting potential buyers. Even though many came to look at the house, it took a while for the sale of the house which was not due to any fault of hers. She never tried to make a quick sale by asking us to lower the price nor did she attempt to discourage us when the economy was sagging and the housing market figures were dismal. In the end we were unable to get a price we were hoping for, but were still very happy at being able to sell it.
We would recommend her highly to anyone interested in buying or selling property.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $725K in South Orange, NJ.
Victoria was highly recommended by a friend and I would not hesitate a single moment to do the same. Our home buying process was smooth, painless and in fact enjoyable due to a) the attention that Victoria & her wonderful team paid b) the local knowledge that she had c) guiding us thru the intricacies of offer / contract and post contract processes.
The process was painless because she solicited feedback after going with us to see houses on sale. After a couple of trips, she knew exactly what we wanted and we got the impression that she was on the same wavelength as us (to prove the point, we didn't like homes she said we wouldn't like). With a baby on the way and a toddler at hand, we did not have the time or energy to go to all the houses on the market - we just knew that when Victoria said the house was not for us, it was not.
Finally, Krista and Victoria called to talk about a recently listed house they said we would love and we had an offer and contract going that same week.
Post the contract process, Victoria's local knowledge and contacts were immensely helpful. Right from the home inspector(s) and attorney to the mortgage banker, we availed her help and the process was super smooth, painless and enjoyable. The end result is that we have a house we love!
