Victoria Fitch is an award-winning Realtor, owner of Fitch/RE real estate development and consulting company, and graduate student in Real Estate Development at Johns Hopkins University.
Mrs. Fitch has held the position of Community Sales Manager at Ryan Homes, Koch Homes and Builders First Choice.
She has experience in every product type including condominiums, town homes and detached single family - from starter homes to estates.
She works with homeowners in the sale and purchase of residences; investors with the acquisition and disposition of income producing properties, or restoration projects; and land developers/builders with the acquisition of land opportunities and sale of newly constructed homes.
Her career volume is $100+ million in sales over 8 years; She has earned the most prestigious awards in her field to include Salesperson of the Year 2009 from Homebuilders Association of Maryland, Most Valuable Player 2009 from Ryan Homes/NVR, plus countless trips around the world for exceptional sales performance throughout her career.
Victoria holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Baltimore, where she graduate Cum Laude and as a Helen P. Denit Honors student. She is also an alumni of St. John's College, Annapolis where she studied Philosophy, History and Classical Literature in the Great Books program.
In addition to her thriving career and advanced studies, Victoria loves to race in triathlons and is a two-time Ironman 70.3 finisher. She is also a 'wig man' for Athlete's Serving Athlete's - an organization that provides opportunities for disabled athlete's to participate in endurance events.
