I was fortunate to find Victoria on Zillow while looking at a random listing so I didn't really get to shop around for properties with her. She was very responsive however and met with my mother and I at the property on the same day I contacted her for a viewing. I loved the place, and apparently so did a few others! It was lucky for me that she was so responsive as I made a quick offer and soon learned there were multiple offers on the same home! With the local inventory so low, a quick response is critical to getting a good position, but Victoria's supreme negotiation skills helped me get a very good price as well.
