I contacted Vincent in early 2012 as we began a search for a townhouse for our daughter who attends the UMD dental school in Baltimore. Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $275K in Laurel, MD.
I don't have a negative thing to say about this agent, all positive!!! Very likable personality, easy going, AND willing to work around your schedule! Knows the areas he works with. We saw over 60 (SIXTY!!!) homes before we bought. He was always willing to come out with us, never rushed us or turned us down, and helped us throughout the entire procedure. I hope he also sells because when we plan on selling in a couple of years, I'm going to be devastated if I can't have him list my house.

Bought a Condo home in 2009 in Inner Harbor, Baltimore, MD.
We were very lucky to have Vincent as an agent. He knows the city like no other and is very knowledgeable in distressed properties. We purchased a condo in Harborview at a record breaking price. The short sale went smooth and he is easy and fun to work with. We recommend him!!!
