Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Washington Village, Baltimore, MD.
I contacted Vincent in early 2012 as we began a search for a townhouse for our daughter who attends the UMD dental school in Baltimore. He was always willing to meet us at our convenience and was very honest with us about houses that we thought would be good, but with his knowledge of the area knew would not be the appropriate place for her to live. We settled on a place in June 2012 and we could not be more pleased!

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $275K in Laurel, MD.
I don't have a negative thing to say about this agent, all positive!!! Very likable personality, easy going, AND willing to work around your schedule! Knows the areas he works with. We saw over 60 (SIXTY!!!) homes before we bought. He was always willing to come out with us, never rushed us or turned us down, and helped us throughout the entire procedure. I hope he also sells because when we plan on selling in a couple of years, I'm going to be devastated if I can't have him list my house.

Bought a Condo home in 2009 in Inner Harbor, Baltimore, MD.
We were very lucky to have Vincent as an agent. He knows the city like no other and is very knowledgeable in distressed properties. We purchased a condo in Harborview at a record breaking price. The short sale went smooth and he is easy and fun to work with. We recommend him!!!

Sold a Townhouse home in 2010 in Seton Hill, Baltimore, MD.
Vincent sold my home in Baltimore City at a time the market was very tough. It was his personal networking connections that got the job done. No one else could have brought a buyer at range I could sell at. Thank you Vincent and come visit me in Key West. - Alan

Bought a Condo home in 2010 in Inner Harbor, Baltimore, MD.
Working with Vincent DeLorenzo was a wonderful experience. Had I not had him as an agent, I would not have my home now. He was on top of everything, always prompt, kept me up-to-date, put me in contact with the best mortgage lender, and he definitely knows the city of Baltimore. I had worked with one other agent in the past, and I will only use Vincent in the future. I can't speak highly enough about him and the experience that I had.

Thanks Rebecca. We broke some records for direct water front condos at that price. Dealing with foreclosures can be a pain but the value is incredible. We both know you'll love it over there and welcome back to the neighborhood.
