I am clear that in order for me to accomplish my goals I need to be healthy spiritually mentally, emotionally, physically & financially while staying balanced. So I eat right, exercise daily, practice meditation, prayer, work & spend quality time with family, friends & in Nature. I enjoy gardening, lifting weights, yoga, hiking, beach walks, listening to music, cooking, reading & singing.

I was born & raised in India. I finished my Bachelor's of Science degree in India. I started my Real Estate career in Virginia & now here in San Diego. I built my business in both places from scratch since I did not know anyone. I work diligently to bring up to date information & cutting edge technology to bring ease in each real estate transaction. My strong negotiating skills & contract knowledge has time & time again saved my clients time & money.

I teach/help my clients, friends & investors build a Real Estate portfolios that is sustainable & profitable. They invest in Real Estate to create short term profits &/or long term cash flowing properties.
