Showed home in 2013 in Willow Grove, PA 19090.
Working with Virginia Scarano has been such a pleasure! I am a first time home buyer and know next to nothing about the whole process. Virginia is very knowledgeable and told me so much. I highly recommend her! Very friendly and very trust worthy. I knew she was the agent I needed/wanted from just the first time meeting with her. Give her a call, you will not regret it!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $275K in Hatfield, PA.
We went through a pretty messy mortgage process. Even thought she is not the person responsible for the mortgage she we there every step of the way. Always knew what was going on and when it would be expected to be done. Or you knew Virginia was on the trail.
Amazing from start to finish... Took the time to explain everything to us. Had an answer for every question even if she had to ask someone else first she would get back to me really fast. I would recommend Virginia to anyone that wants a pleasant house buying experience.

Bought a home in 2012.
There are many different levels of real estate agents out there. Virginia is one of the best. We needed to have a smart and savvy agent to help us buy our first house. The sellers were very weird and it was a difficult negotiation. She has lots of experience and helped us every step of the way. She always kept us on schedule with the many dates and checkpoints. She is wonderful to chat with on the phone while you hash out the details of what you want and how to go get it. I would highly recommend her!
